By submitting this form you confirm that: 

• You are the copyright holder to all images and videos that you upload. All images uploaded were taken by you and you have the right to use them.
• You grant Photographerforhire.co.uk and its partners rights to use the images on the website and on social channels. You can request to remove the images if you not longer want to be listed and we'll remove them from the website. We cannot always remove them from social posts.
• We will always aim to credit you when using your photos. When using your images, will will always try to do this in a way that benefits you (Eg credit, tag you or link to your profile page). There might be rare exceptions where we cannot give a credit which we cannot really predict at this point. We will try to avoid such instances. 
• You will treat clients and our staff with respect and will reply in a timely manner. We recommend replying to all enquiries within 24 hours.
• Your listing can be removed from the service at any point. If you have already paid, you will be refunded a pro-rated rate.
• You can request to be removed from the site by emailing us.
• Photographerforhire.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss incurred  from using this service or from your engagement with clients.
• Clients and other photographers are not vetted by us. Take care to ensure everyone's safety when liaising with people you do not know, exchanging money or meeting in person.
• Any engagements you accept through the use of this service are your responsibility and you will liaise with clients directly. You understand that we list your work but we cannot guarantee bookings. Any work or meetings your take are your sole responsibility.
• We may contact you with client enquiries, follow-ups and questions. We might need to contact you for other reasons and you can always email us if you prefer not to receive certain communications.
