Hi, my name is Maryna and I am a portrait and travel photographer. My goal is to help you get the best portraits that you love. I am the author of the Local Foreigners documentary project, which is a collection of portraits and stories from people who have moved to the UK from various countries. The project has been exhibited in various museums in the UK, such as the Museum of Edinburgh.
Working with hundreds of people from different backgrounds and tastes has taught me the value of listening to my clients' feedback. I will work with you to provide you with the best results based on your preferences. I understand that being photographed can be a slightly stressful experience for some people, and I will do my best to reassure you and show you in the best light possible.
As a Ukrainian living in London, I am always fascinated by the city. I love creating images that showcase its landmarks and overall vibe. Having traveled the world and being an avid hiker, I know the best times and angles for landscape and cityscape photography. I am not afraid to walk tens of miles with my camera to get that magnificent view. I have experienced rain, wind, sunshine, and sandstorms while taking photographs, and I have come back with the most memorable pictures that have made people want to visit the places from my pictures.
